Meet Jessica

Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a Virtual Assistant based in California’s Central Valley, supporting small business owners in Fresno, Clovis, and beyond.

After years in the classroom, I realized I needed a change. One that gave me the freedom to do meaningful work without running myself into the ground. That’s how JNC Virtual Assistant was born. These days, I help business owners stay organized, consistent, and supported behind the scenes.

At heart, I’m a driven and naturally thoughtful person. I thrive on structure, clear communication, and being the one others can count on.

Most days, you’ll find me at home with an iced coffee in hand, soft music playing, and my two toy poodles curled up nearby. I believe in thoughtful work, genuine partnerships, and helping people breathe a little easier knowing someone’s got their back.

    Meet the Queens, behind the brand. Yep, that’s right. The N & C to my J. This is Nella and Chrissy. They are not related! They mean the world to me and are a huge reason I’m a homebody.

    Education

    I graduated from Fresno State University in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies, specializing in Child & Family Science. I’ve taught for 6 years: 1st, 4th, and 6th grade. I now teach elementary dance.

    When I’m not booking pet friendly hotels near dog friendly beaches, I’m saving my Disney dollars for one of my favorite places in the world: Disneyland.

    I find joy in cooking new recipes (Lemon Pepper Chicken above), trying new local restaurants, reading books focused on personal growth, & spending time with Chrissy and Nella.

    Personality

    I’m an Enneagram 6. I’m the one who double-checks the details, thinks 5 steps ahead, and sticks with you through it all. I like to feel prepared, grounded, and safe, and I want the same for my people and the businesses I support.
