Hi, I’m Jess, founder of JNC Virtual Assistant, based in California’s Central Valley and supporting service-based businesses both locally and beyond.

My work is rooted in clarity, consistency, and trust. After several years in education, I reached a point where I wanted my skills to support meaningful work, without burnout. JNC was created from that intention: to provide thoughtful, reliable support that allows business owners to focus on what truly moves their business forward.

I’m known for being organized, detail-oriented, organized, and consistent. I value clear communication, strong systems, and being the steady presence behind the scenes. I find joy in being someone clients can rely on week after week, not just when things feel urgent.
